1. Shipping Carriers and Options

At Xinflyingprint, we work with trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery.

2. Order Processing Times

Supplies, Spare Parts & Equipment:
All orders, including consumables, spare parts, and equipment (such as printers, shaker & dryers, heat presses, etc.), will be arranged for shipment within three (3) business days after order confirmation.

3. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, Xinflyingprint ships within the United States only. This allows us to maintain reliable delivery times and high-quality domestic service.

4. Special Handling for Oversized Equipment

Large equipment such as printers, dryers, and other industrial machines are classified as oversized freight. These items are carefully packed and shipped on pallets.
For safety reasons, customers are advised to use a pallet jack or forklift when unloading and moving oversized shipments.

5. Returns and Exchanges
