1. Equipment Maintenance & Care Guide

Proper maintenance is essential to ensure stable performance, extend equipment lifespan, and maintain warranty eligibility.

Daily / Periodic Maintenance Checklist

Before Powering On Check air pump pressure to ensure it meets operating requirements
Inspect the print platform and remove debris to avoid print head damage
Check the waste ink bucket level to prevent overflow during cleaning
Ensure ink cartridges are sufficiently filled to avoid air suction and print head damage
Inspect the scraper and cleaning mechanism; ensure they are clean and undamaged
Before Printing Perform a nozzle test to confirm print head condition; clean if necessary
Before Powering Off Check print head condition and clean if required
After Shutdown Ensure the print head is properly capped and sealed
Daily Checks Confirm the dryer is powered off and disconnected
Maintain a clean, dust-free operating environment
Keep ambient temperature at 25–30°C and humidity at 40%–60%
Keep printer surfaces clean and free of powder, dust, and friction residue
Move the print head to the cleaning position and gently wipe the bottom and sides using cleaning solution or distilled water
Weekly Lubricate transmission and moving parts to ensure smooth operation
Monthly Inspect ink tubes for damage or leakage and replace if necessary
Quarterly Clean encoder/grating only if required, using alcohol and a lint-free white cloth
Inspect guide rails for abnormal noise
Check and clean or replace air and ink filters
Clean ink cartridges and waste ink bucket
Inspect cables, connectors, and circuit components
Check ink pump performance and replace if needed
Annually Inspect and clean the electrical control box
Clean dust from the connected computer
Inspect dryer power supply and internal components

Note: Replacement frequency may vary depending on ink viscosity and chemical formulation. High-viscosity or corrosive inks may require more frequent replacement.

Additional Usage & Storage Recommendations

  • Regularly clean the print head and ink path, especially during idle periods
  • Perform print head checks and cleaning every 3 days, then properly seal
  • Long-term storage (over 60 days): Drain ink paths, clean the print head with cleaning solution, and store separately
  • Ink should be stored in a cool, shaded environment
  • Opened ink should not be stored for more than 15 days
  • Ink remaining in cartridges for over 20 days (especially in hot weather) should be replaced

2. Limited Warranty Policy

Xinflyingprint provides one (1) year after-sales service for all newly purchased equipment.

This warranty applies to the following product categories:

Printing consumables such as ink, film, and powder are consumable items and are not covered unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Service Scope

Xinflying covers non-artificial (non-human-caused) damage during the warranty period

Parts replacement and technical diagnosis are supported

Warranty service includes remote technical assistance, such as

  • Online chat
  • Phone support
  • Video calls
  •  Remote system guidance

If remote support is insufficient, Xinflyingprint's dedicated technical team can arrange on-site service, subject to regional availability and service conditions.

Consumables & After-Warranty Policy

During the first year, warranty service includes machine parts and consumable replacement, subject to inspection and confirmation

After the first year, continued after-sales service is only available when Xinflyingprint-approved consumables are used

If non-Xinflyingprint consumables are used after the warranty period, Xinflyingprint reserves the right to refuse further after-sales support

After warranty expiration:

Customers are responsible for replacement part costs

Xinflyingprint technicians will continue to provide paid remote technical assistance

Self-installation or third-party repair is allowed, but Xinflyingprint is not responsible for any resulting issues
