Refund policy

1. Shipping Carriers and Options

Supplies (Consumables):
Consumable items may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and undamaged, and remain in their original packaging. Opened or used supplies are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Equipment & Machines:
All machines and equipment, including but not limited to DTF printers, printer sets, shaker & dryer machines, heat presses, air purifiers, and spare parts, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return Request Process

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@xinflyinggroup.com and provide your order number along with a brief explanation of the reason for return.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs.

3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee, plus the cost of the return shipping label. This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking expenses.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • DTF Printers and Printer Sets
  • Shaker & Dryer Machines
  • Heat Press Machine
  • Air Purifiers
  • All Spare Parts

5. Equipment Issues & Technical Support

Machines are not eligible for return or refund. If you experience any technical issues with equipment, we will provide professional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to help resolve the problem efficiently.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@xinflyinggroup.com to open a support ticket. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
For equipment, warranty coverage applies to shipping-related damage. Claims and resolutions from the shipping company may take approximately 50–60 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Once returned consumable items are received and inspected at our warehouse, approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
