Design Creation

Create your artwork using professional design software. Make sure the design size, colors, and resolution are suitable for dtf printing.

DTF Printing

Print the design onto dtf film using a dtf printer with white ink support. Ensure smooth ink output and accurate color reproduction.

Powder Application & Curing

Apply hot melt powder evenly onto the printed film. Cure the powder using a curing oven or heat unit until fully melted and bonded.

Heat Transfer Pressing

Place the cured dtf film onto the garment. Close the heat press and apply pressure for the recommended time to transfer the design.

Final Product

Peel the film (hot or cold peel depending on film type). The design is now firmly transferred with vibrant colors and strong adhesion.
